My name is John Terry Cassell Jr. Over the years, I have gained valuable skills, experience, and knowledge by working in a wide range of industries for both large and small companies. Much of what I have learned has come through OJT On the Job Training.

Purpose of Sharing

I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with you in an honest and straightforward manner. Some of the content I provide will be available at no charge, while other material will require payment. Let s be realistic: there s no such thing as a free lunch, and consider when was the last time you worked without compensation and for how long? As the saying goes, A human being cannot live on water alone. Similarly, A human being cannot live on bread if they don t have the means to either purchase it or the financial ability to obtain the ingredients, the equipment, and the utilities needed to bake it.
